What we collect

When you register for a class, book a call, or submit a form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the pages you visit, and any details you choose to share about your home or financing goals.

How we use it

To contact you about the mortgage and real estate services you requested, to schedule and deliver sessions and consultations, to send educational content and reminders, and to improve our services. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls & text messages (TCPA)

If you provide your phone number and consent, you give us your express written consent to contact you at that number — including by autodialer, automated technology, prerecorded or artificial voice, and SMS text message — even if your number is on a state or national Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving services. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You may revoke consent at any time.

Email (CAN-SPAM)

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal mailing address. You can opt out of marketing email at any time; we will still send transactional messages you request (such as a meeting link you signed up for).

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate (for example, scheduling, email/SMS delivery, and CRM tools) under confidentiality obligations, and with our sponsoring broker where required for a transaction. We disclose information if required by law.

Your choices & data requests
